Hi everybody!

First I should say that I'm a long time lurker and really enjoy reading all the advice and recipes.

I'm looking for an apple pancake recipe similar to those served at the Walker Brothers Original Pancake House in Evanston, IL outside of Chicago. My sister and I have been slowly accumulating recipes from childhood memories and this is next on the list. I've looked around and the closest I've found are several German Apple pancake recipes. Unfortunately I haven't quite figured out how these recipes differ from others like Dutch Baby. What I remember was that it was a large pancake filled with apples and baked in the oven.

I'd appreciate any advice on the difference between the different baked pancake recipes and/or similar apple pancake recipes.

David
