Has anyone looked into Appian as an investment option? Seems very much similar to PVTL / Cloud Foundry.

Helps provide for low-code application development platform, subscription based, SAAS, all the good keywords.

I have a small position since late last year, with a yield I have enhanced with a couple of sales of OTM puts. It's been very well behaved since, I am applying the strict Saul evaluation strategy that I have little technical knowledge of the company or its products or services, but the revenue increases say buy.

My conviction being low and wobbly, I will stay with my sizing and hope its value explodes into something noticeable, meanwhile selling the options until my investment is zero. Even I know any positive return on a zero investment is quite high.

There's a nice interview with the Appian CEO by Tom Gardner here at about minute 21:

(I bought after hearing it but moved my money into stocks that were moving more since...on my watchlist though).

Looks like a beat and raise

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/appian-announces-second-quart...

Stock up 10% today, 20% last week or so.

Looks like good subscription revenue but they are not a 60% grower I see more like (12%-20%) so I'm not sure weather there will be much interest between here and sauls's board.

I took a tiny tryout position yesterday and not sure whether i'll flip or hold.
