ABR reported earnings on Friday and raised its dividend by 7%:

I don't own any shares yet but am thinking about investing once the share price settles back down below $10. Based on Friday's closing price of $10.19 the increased dividend yields 12.1%.
I have not been a big fan of mREITs but find this one intriguing.

It has raised its dividend every year since 2012, but did suspend its dividend from 2009 through 2011.

Based on the earnings press release and the CC transcript ABR is doing well despite COVID.
And I did listen to the CC on Friday and was impressed with CEO Ivan Kaufman's demeanor and answers.
