Prepping for a short trip to Amsterdam in a few days. I recall as I was browsing for the ticket a month back that at one point a notice popped up about some form that needed to be completed in advance of touching down either to the EU or specifically to the Netherlands - it indicated that it was an absolute MUST prior to going. Does this ring a bell for anyone? I've never heard of it before and heard nothing else about it recently -- just thought I'd ask here if anyone is aware of some extra input we (Americans) now need to provide before entering some other countries.
