Have Federal Jury Duty in Philly tomorrow. It's my third year in a row where they suspend me until the night before, but I've managed not to be called in until the second day obligation of my third year. Now in freezing weather I will take the potentially unreimbursable Septa fare into the city. Nothing on the summons says they will pay me back for that, though they would pay miles and parking. I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE INTO THE CITY, particularly with all this snow.

I have gone for jury duty locally many many times, just to be turned down as, I suppose, too vanilla for either lawyer who wants someone biased for their side. I am kinda hoping the same happens here, as commuting into the city is dreaded, though I could be reassigned to Allentown or Reading. I am not sure what is worse.

I can feel the stress building.
