I'm not a lawyer, but off the top of my head, I would think that would be against the first, fourth, and possibly the eighth amendments.

Perfectly legal as the church leases most of it's parking lot from the city.

I'm sure there are clauses in that lease that would allow termination of the lease.

It's not a case of the property all belonging to the church

The church was threatened also with removal of the 'property' it has on the leased parking lot...... if they continued in person in building worship services.

Here most of the churches went services broadcast to parking lots and on the internet...... not sure if any are back but likely they are to in side worship....

Singing is about the single worst activity you can do 'inside' which spews mega virus particles as you exhale in great quantities of potentially virus laden breath....
