As KAT points out, both the original post and the table are both correct. Check out the table again with this new found understanding. It should help.

Both Kat's post and yours are totally unresponsive. From the level of detail I left in my post it should be obvious that I looked at both sources prior to asking the question. Telling me to go back and re-read them is a useless response.

If you didn't want to answer the question, you should have just said so or ignored it.

And, if you have any additional questions, or need clarification, you can always come back here and ask.

I did ask. I did not get a responsive answer.

Forget about it. I'll go ask on misc.taxes. I'm more likely to get a response there.
