As usual, I'd be interested to hear (1) why CITI rated it a sell and (2) any reactions from the Fools.

We went through this with MPEL, also regarding a very negative Citi report, and Bill never said a word. The standard Fool line is "we don't listen to analysts." I think that's fine in terms of the bottom line, i.e. the Fool's rating is not based on an analyst's recommendation. But analyst reports, whether they ultimately reach the right conclusion, may or may not contain useful information. Or at least raise issues that are worthy of discussion. So I would love to hear Bill's take, or anyone's take, on the analysis behind Citi's sell recommendation.

I'll likely reiterate this request in a week if nothing comes of it. Fair warning, I'm persistent.

(And if you're wondering, I can't raise specific issues because the report is not available to me. But I assume Bill & Co. can get it).

Thanks.
