Most likely they will. However, the receiving broker --if asked to do so-- will probably reimburse your the cost. Also, depending on desperate they are to gather assets, you might be able to pick up a couple hundred bucks (or more) in bonuses.

In short, visit the brokers you're considering and negotiate a good deal for yourself.
