Assuming you do not wish to capture any transactions you have loaded into Q7, just uninstall Q7 and re-install Q4 and you should be able to pick back up where you left off.
Not really sure if the Q7 conversion process over writes the original Q4 or not. If so, delete it and rename the 'backup' file to the correct name.

I would probably want to save a copy of the Q7 file until I made sure everything was in place in Q4.

I went from Money 2006 to Q7 and have also experienced multiple 'issues' but am pressing forward to try and make it work for me.
