We are turning the corner. Three kids moved to three different colleges this month, and we are all grateful that tuition, books, room and board are 100% covered without loans. Moving them off the food bill and utilities is a bitter sweet $$ win.

Her hustle has come back. Our youngest has reached HS, and this is the first year in 17 years that my wife hasn't home schooled at least one of our kids. She has been looking at a possible return to the workforce, but has debilitating knee issues that will probably derail any sort of floor nursing. She is looking at other options vs just continuing/increasing her (all cash) hustle.

My overtime dried up mostly, so extra hours went to the side hustle. I finished a more lucrative fix/flip vehicle project and it sold. It brought enough to pay off one card, leaving just one more. The next fix/flip is in line and it will be a pay day as well, but it may be weeks or months before the sale.

The last CC balance sits at $9,999.00. (!!!!!)

...I need it paid in full before June to avoid interest, and I have hand written a reasonable payment timeline that eliminates the balance on Feb 26, barring the unexpected.

There are a lot of other things not addressed, several more moving parts not mentioned, and a few decent side stories. Even though I feel like we can finally exhale just a little, we are still focused, still gazelle, and doing ONE thing.

Thanks all for each of the threads here and for the advice/encouragement/chiding past and present that continues to help move the bar!
