I have no idea.

But any time I wonder "what car was the first to..." I always guess S Class Mercedes and usually that turns out to be correct.

I'm pretty sure a Cadillac I leased in CA in the early 70's had an in-glass antenna? I recall it didn't work all that well.

I should have known that one since I was at the end of the final inspection when the first 69 GP's were coming off the assembly line in Pontiac.
