Perhaps just a disgruntled employee? I'm not saying it's the case, but someone who has been a middle manager at a Fortune 100 company and has even run his own company, now finds himself working at a 7-Eleven, apparently not in a managerial position. Going from a position of giving orders to one of taking them may be difficult for him and when his ideas and criticisms are not acted upon, feels he is being managed by inferiors.

That was the impression I got from his post. He is in a position that is "beneath" him and is angry because of it.
