Greetings Jen,

For what do the letters TSCA stand?

From http://finance.americanexpress.com/sif/cda/page/0,1641,21037,00.asp :
"An American Express 403(b) Plan offers you the flexibility to invest your retirement dollars within a Tax-Sheltered Annuity (TSA) or a Tax-Sheltered Custodial Account (TSCA), which invests solely in mutual funds. Customize your own diversified investment portfolio to meet your own individual needs."

For more on 403(b)s here are a few other links that may be helpful:

http://www.quicken.com/cms/viewers/article/retirement/18248
http://www.irs.gov/retirement/article/0,,id=96315,00.html

There are oodles of other links if you type 403(b) into Google but I thought I'd pick a few that may be more useful.

Regards,
JB
