PCLE CEO made reference to a term I didn't understand in explaining the companies earnings. He said "The fourth quarter was particularly back-end loaded and a significant amount of business closed in the last week on terms less favorable than expected." I have seen this term used with mutual funds, but what does it refer to here?

Thanks, mrphilli
