Genzyme sues Anika for patent infringement by Monovisc. IMO a continuation of the blood feud between Endre Balazs (founder of Biomatrix, bought out by Genzyme) and David Swann (founder of MedChem, later Anika). I still can't figure out how Balazs got a natural product (hyaluronic acid) patented. The patents allegedly infringed here are overly broad and don't look any less bogus than that first one.

Unfortunately, the case will likely drag on for years, so don't expect any real gains in the stock price for some time.
