You may be able to buy through your broker.

You can also buy direct by setting up an account with the US Treasury:

You are able to buy all their products from savings bonds, TIPS, bonds, etc.

I just checked my broker, USAA, and I don't have an online option for bonds. I have Stock/ETF, Mutual Funds, Options and Bank CD for categories.

I believe some brokers do support buying/selling bonds.

Does that help you?
