Been an RN for > 30 years. I also have been schooled in the vast permutations of female lunar complaints. And I remember how sore my feet were during clinical and orientation. But I feel really lucky that I made that decision. I never thought it woud have been so good in the economic realm. I just wanted to do something I liked.

About # 6 I have been around a lot of respiratoy therapists and pts with heart failure and I never heard that. I am going to have to check it out. What are you suposed to hear over the neck?

Glad you have a good employer.
