I have been investing for many years in stocks and bonds. Now, I am considering REITs.

I have read Ralph Block's book, and I am busy evaluating REITs using his methods, and I have also read a few months of posts on this board.

So, my question: How would you recommend that I begin? I only have enough to invest in one or two REITs. Bluest of the Blue? Which ones? Which do you consider to be the most conservative REITs (ie, least likely to lose money)? Of course I realize that there are no guarantees. Just looking for opinions.
