Yeah, but it all could have been avoided with a waiver in the first place. There are ways to do this legally. When my own DD was 14, she wanted to work in food service because she had the chance to work the Rose Bowl selling churros. The laws allowed it IF a parent was working at the same place, so guess who hawked churros at the Rose Bowl?
