Be very careful and read the fine print. I started looking over the internet but then ended up going with somebody local. I noticed as I got further and further along with the Internet loan providers that I was looking into that there were a lot of hidden costs. Be particularly aware of loan brokers who use terms like "origination fees" as these are usually just straight cash for the broker that banks won't take. Also, if you have great credit you should be able to get very little closing costs or fees added in. Good luck!
