A fairly strong showing as the company reports nearly $55mm (or $1.50 per share) in net income, book value per share of $18.49, loan portfolio growth throughout the second half of the year, and a 25.8% tier 1 capital ratio.

The balance sheet continues to be very strong and ROE continues to drag because the company is being conservative about exiting this downturn.
