BioMed Realty looks interesting with a nearly 5% yield. BMR is in the same biosciences office/lab space niche as ARE

Other than a analyst downgrade this week I cannot find any bad news.

Historically BMR has shown good distribution growth. However, the rub is that BMR did cut its distribution during the credit crisis and still has not quite reach the same 2008/2009 level.

Any strong opinions amongst the group?
