Bob, Bill, Jim, thanks for the prompt replies. Amex was my number one choice because they will waive all fees if you have 100K or more in your account, but they told me that automatic redemption is on their "wish list", but they're not there yet. I also considered Ameritrade, as they have been rated as having the best selection of high performing mutual funds out of all discount brokers, but again no automatic redemption. I was very surprised at this on both accounts.

I agree Bob the best thing to do is set some cash aside every year to draw on. I will look into those options & keep checking with some of the others.
