In the same 8-K filing that announced the departure of Weller (CFO), the 2012 and 2013 Executive Compensation plan was looks like some hefty bonuses for the Execs are on the agenda.

IMHO the compensation package is not stockholder friendly at a time when the company continues to lose money and shareprices are dropping significantly. Perhaps I'm missing something that others more knowledgeable than I will clarify.
