Both the House and the Senate recently passed some major tax legislation, including some provisions which affect IRA's. Does anyone know what the IRA-related provisions are? I tried searching the Congressional Record, but got hopelessly lost. I read in at least one newspaper that a new type of IRA would be created to which anyone could contribute, regardless of income. I thought that was already tru of existing IRS's, so what really is being proposed?

Strangely enough i read an article concerning this same subject in Fortune Online.... sorry i don't remember the actual web site... but it might answer some of your question on this subject....
