I came across Brad Thomas's bull case article for IRM. I am still reading through it, but wanted to ask if anyone on the board has looked at it before?

It looks like they had an earnings slip and the price is down 20% or so. Yield is up to 7.7%. They've always seemed fully valued when I've looked at it in the past and I'm wondering if this earnings dip is a buying opportunity or a warning sign to run away.

Here's the article link:

Thanks in advance!
