Beachy is Peachy, Minor is Major and Tom is Terrific
There was uncertainty surrounding the Braves' rotation entering this season. Tim Hudson was set to spend most of the first month on the disabled list, and Tommy Hanson had just experienced an accelerated Spring Training that had been delayed by a concussion. The most dependable components of the rotation were Mike Minor and Brandon Beachy, who had combined for 51 big league starts.

Yet as Atlanta enters April's final weekend with 12 wins in its past 15 games, the only apparent concern in the starting-pitching department focuses on Jair Jurrjens, who was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett this week. His spot in the rotation will be filled by Hudson, who will make his 2012 debut on Sunday afternoon against the Pirates.

Escape From LA
Staring at a tough loss that would have put a damper on the cross-country flight back to Atlanta, the Braves staged a ninth-inning comeback that provided a second straight last at-bat victory and a fitting conclusion to an impressive road trip.

Courtesy of a three-run ninth inning that produced both concern and celebration at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday night, the Braves completely altered the mood they would have carried back home. Five consecutive one-out hits off Dodgers closer Javy Guerra led to a 4-2 win that nearly left a sentimental Chipper Jones speechless.

Who will be going to his fourth game on Saturday and wants to know what you think about this edition of the Atlanta Braves...
