I'm a somewhat new fool that has stumbled across multiple references to "Rule breakers" and "Rule Makers." While I get the general jist of what these are, I can't find the limits anywhere which define them. Can anyone tell me where to look? Thanks.

Check out the book called "Rulebreakers and rulemakers" or the other way around, I forget.
