Breakfast
black coffee (I do intermittent fasting so no food until lunch)

Lunch
eggs over easy with 2 slices of almond toast, coffee w/ cream

Snack
piece of sugar free cheesecake

Dinner
green salad with chicken, feta, vegetables, cabbage, almonds, lemon juice & olive oil.

Always the same boring (but delicious) food. At 5 days a week. Then I switch things up a bit.
