Brian, I don't understand why everyone seems to think that Intuit or anyone else has to have a rival to Upstart in order to take the Credit Karma traffic...

Seems to me CK is basically just selling clicks or traffic... if someone on CK is looking for a personal loan, Upstart is probably paying CK $4 or something for every click they receive. Seems to me that anyone, say someone like Goldman Sachs, could come along and offer CK $5 per click for personal loan traffic... even with nothing like Upstarts AI... and just direct all the CK traffic to Marcus.

Why would you not be worried about something like that?
