I was talking to a Citi CSR the other day-BTW, am I the only Fool for whom Click Pay does not work for?-and out of the blue, she offered to send me a check for an amt up to my available credit made out to ME PERSONALLY. Now, of course, the first thing that went through my CNBC-laden mind was"invest it and keep the difference!"(This was a %5.9 for life of-offer, so it was as good as a money-market acct). My question isa, when CSR's aggresively push decisions on customers-or so it seemed-like that-do they get a commision or a production increase of some sort? I would think at those rates, no one was making money. :-)

Just my .02;

No, actually I thought I was the only one who couldn't get it to work. (grin)

I would also be interested to know how the CSR's are compensated....
