I am not much on beer but I do know how popular this brand is in the United States. The American consumers I know are upset that a foreign company wants to take over what is perceived as an AMERICAN company. I believe when the dust settles the pressure on both companies to do the "right" thing will benefit both of them. Loyalty to branding will win out for BUD and the stock will reflect that, it may be awhile so patience is a virtue. I could be wrong, I have been before, but I am going to wait this one out and see where it lands. The price of beer over all may go up any way with the price of other commodities such as wheat, corn, etc. sky rocketing because of global demand and weather problems causing harvest issues.
