Bunge, Ltd. has been "for sale" of late, and may soon be acquired by Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). In the same agri-business as Cargill and ADM, but all have been weakened by recent low margins in the agricultural commodity markets. While not private, Bunge has been around forever, and seems the type of low-key, backbone sort of company often favored by BRK for potential acquisition.
