But, now I need ideas on how to keep motivated. I own various lb weights, a stepper, exersise band and videos. We have a clubhouse with a bike and treadmill. Maybe I can find an exercise buddy. Any more ideas?



- Since you enjoy the support you receive at a club, why not find a way to lower your costs: perhaps they offer a cheaper membership if you workout during non-peak hours, find a cheaper option like the Y, local park or school or maybe you could work at your current club in exchange for a comp membership.

- Train for a goal. This worked for me last year when I trained for a couple of races. Don't run? No problem--you can walk, bike or swim.
