But when will the US based GSM SPs bring their international roaming fees into a realistic range?

My roaming cost for an outgoing call is roughly what a local subscriber pays EXCEPT in the US where it is 10 TIMES the local per minute cost.

Likewise, my incoming roaming charges are roughly the cost per minute of a call from Taiwan to whereever I am (except in the US). Based on this, I should pay about $.60/minute for incoming calls while I roam in the US. Instead, the charge $2.50! This is akin to highway robbery.
