I remember from the old days that I was told you should purchase stocks in even lots i.e. 100, 200, 500. I see here at the Fool where it's suggested to buy 1 share of stocks or smaller amounts than 100. How does that effect you when you go to sell. Are the costs higher, or does that not matter any more?
