This brokerage firm recently changed its billing practice to a drastic processfrom what they had prior to the change. Furthermore they wrote a letter to customer investors announcing what appeared to be a slight change but in effect it was a major change. Previously they were charging 2.99 or 1.99 for a trade and that charge was levied at trade time. Now they charge 6.99 or 14.99 per month as a steady charge with or without trades. About a year ago I opened 6 custodial accounts for children and now I am forced to get out thus this buy and hold was very short term. 00607
