By anyway, for those of you with down time occasionally, it sounds like you need to use your next down time to develop a website for consultants to show off their wares - and thus use that down time to generate a second source of income.<i/>

True, I'm working on our website now. Teaching's going a little slow.

As for down time, it is frightening. We had a client book a year six months in advance...they kept stalling on signing the contract and backed out 45 days before the job. That was a lesson in always charge a non-refundable deposit to hold the time.

Looks like we're going to hit down time this last quarter if none of my prospects go through. Very scary. I may have to go to work for a short time to help us through it. But, even so, it is worth it!
