I have noticed a couple of times that c-k picks/suggestions don't have impressive PEG ratios.

I'm relatively new to this so I suppose that either there is a justifiable reason for this, or I am really blowing it in computing the PEG.

Take GE for example I fed the following numbers from Fool's Quotes to The PEGulator:

Trailing EPS = 2.54
FY 99 EPS = 3.2
Quarters = 7
Price = 85.25

Which gives a PEG of ~= 2.4

Thanks in advance for the insights.
