This description comes from an advertisement. The author is intentionally vague, because he really wants me to buy his newsletter. The description below makes it sound like a "Rule Maker" candidate. Can anyone identify the company based on this description:

"This company is the Swiss army knife of world business. You could call it the world's largest insurance company. But you could also call it the world's largest airline, the world's largest road builder, or the world's largest pension fund.

"This company has a 100 year plan to open China. They recently financed a multi-billion dollar road, airport, and port facilities project in China, then leased China the equipment, the planes, the tankers, then insured all the equipment."

The author continues that the company is a real buy right now, after dropping 35% in the wake of Enron and the WTC. The P/E ratio is 22.
