By my back-of-the-envelope calculations, GRMN has lost $5.0B in market value since the NVT acqusition by Nokia was announced.  Nokia is paying roughly $7.66B for NVT.  A difference of $2.66B.  Doesn't that indicate that NVT is worth much more to GRMN than what NOK is paying?  Shouldn't shareholders reject the NOK offer for what should be a much better one from GRMN?
