I have a timeshare that I regret buying with an interest rate of 15.9%. I got it back in October 2004. I realy want to sell it, but doubt if I can get back what I owe on it (~$8000). The next best thing is to balance transfer it to a credit card. I received an offer from American Express Blue Cash with no annual fee and 3.9% until paid balance transfer. However, I straightened up at home and cannot find the offer right now. What can I do since I cannot find the letter? I know that I can always wait for hopefully the same offer again, but I would like to go ahead and transfer the balance and start saving money now. Can I call American Express and get the same offer over the phone or by web?
