Cape May is best known for its old Victorian homes, many of which are now bed and breakfasts. Nice beaches. And close enough to Atlantic City to get in some gambling time if you like.

Cape May is one of those little spoken of treasures of NJ outsiders don't hear about very much. Its worth the trip. Quaint, but no fancy boardwalk or carnival rides. (Every shore community has a personality. Fine the one that fits your style.)
