You raised an interesting point----

You probably left a little on the table with your ACAS shares, but made up for it with getting ARCC at it's bottom.

----so I checked it out.

As of today's close, for every One Dollar I gave up by selling all my ACAS shares in June at the $16.085 average price I sold them at I received $2.3521 for every dollar I invested in ARCC at the $14.8483 average price I paid for them. (including dividends dripped into shares)

The ACAS shares were all in IRA's so there was no tax obligation to interfere with the transactions.
