A couple weeks ago I posted about a dispute with my credit card. According to my billing rights printed on the back of my CC statement, the charge is supposed to be removed from my account until the dispute is resolved. I filed the dispute in April and I recently sent a follow-up letter after the Fools encouraged me to do so. However, the charge is still earning interest on my account. How do I make the CC do what they are supposed to do? Should I report them the BBB, Attorney General, and FTC? Should I just keep writing to them until they fix it? Should I try being confrontational (extrememly nice, but confrontational) on the phone?

Yet another reason to hate credit cards unless you use them Foolishly for the rebates. What a fool I've been!
