My vote goes to Cell Therapeutics because of its newly licensed product, polyglutamic acid paclitaxel (PG-TXL), a water soluble form of Bristol-Myers Squibb's cancer drug, Taxol, which is the most active drug in cancer treatment today. PG-TXL will allow the delivery of much higher doses (double) with corresponding increase in tumor response. The company has other drugs in the pipeline which may also significantly impact on cancer care.
