I retired in June from teaching. I have $100,000 in 403b's. My Certified Financial Planner wants to rollover into an IRA, and invest. Problem, 8% surrender charge, and recommended funds carry 4.75% front end sales.I have researched the funds, and they appear excellent, diversified, ****, etc. Feel OK with the recommended portfolio, but is it too expensive?
Thanks
