I've had opinions from several, most importantly my DH, that I've been taking too many prescription meds (only 2, but, you know).Well as of today I'm off of all of them, with the approval and guidance of the Psy-doc who readily admits to not being a counselor but a medication dr. I do have an EAP counselor right now also, who assisted in our decision to stop taking meds.

This Pdoc has never seen me w/o them as I transferred from another one at her practice. So we shall see what she says in 2 weeks when I get to show her my med free self!
