Go to afternoon matinees.

Do volunteer work in local hospital or nursing home. Maybe one day per week or a few hours during the day if you are up to it.

Volunteer at local soup kitchen.

Volunteer to drive cancer patients to local hospitals for chemo. You can check this out through your local hospital.
